These terms of service govern your use of the ACR Detailing website (acr-detailing.com) and the auto detailing, ceramic coating, paint protection film, and related services we provide at our shop located at 29 Oakmeadow Blvd, Scarborough, ON M1E 4G3. By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these terms.
ACR Detailing provides automotive detailing and protection services including ceramic coating, paint protection film (PPF), paint correction, window tinting, paintless dent repair, collision repair, interior and exterior detailing, and headlight restoration. All services are performed at our Scarborough location by trained professionals.
All prices listed on our website and provided through our PPF configurator are estimates only. Final pricing is confirmed after an in-person vehicle assessment, as factors such as vehicle size, paint condition, and the scope of work required can affect the total cost.
We will always confirm the final price with you before beginning any work. No additional charges will be applied without your approval.
You agree to disclose any known existing damage, modifications, or conditions that may affect the service (such as previous paint work, aftermarket body panels, or pre-existing scratches and chips). ACR Detailing is not responsible for issues caused by undisclosed pre-existing conditions.
We will document the condition of your vehicle upon arrival and note any existing damage before beginning work. If we discover any issues during the service that may affect the outcome, we will contact you before proceeding.
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in advance. We accept major credit cards, debit, e-Transfer, and cash. For larger jobs (such as full-vehicle PPF or multi-stage correction and coating packages), a deposit may be required at the time of booking. Deposit terms will be communicated before scheduling.
We understand that plans change. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee, particularly for services that require extended preparation time.
Ceramic coatings and PPF installations are covered by the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. Warranty terms vary by product and will be explained at the time of service. Warranty coverage typically requires proper vehicle maintenance as outlined in the aftercare instructions we provide.
ACR Detailing stands behind the quality of our workmanship. If you are not satisfied with the results, contact us within 7 days of service completion so we can inspect and address your concerns.
ACR Detailing takes every precaution to protect your vehicle during service. However, our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed. We are not liable for:
Vehicles left at our facility are stored at the owner's risk. While we take reasonable care to secure all vehicles on our premises, ACR Detailing is not responsible for theft, vandalism, or damage caused by events beyond our control (such as severe weather or natural disasters). We ask that you pick up your vehicle within 24 hours of service completion unless other arrangements have been made.
